Within the United States, shipping and handling is $3.50 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. In Canada, shipping and handling is $5.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Outside of the United States and Canada, shipping and handling is $8.00 for the first item and $4.75 for each additional item.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Because of the large selection of licensed music and movie merchandise that we carry, credit card and PayPal orders ship within 7 days of receipt of payment. For offline orders paid with a personal check, please allow 7 - 10 extra days for the check to clear.

We ship using USPS parcel post within the United States, and Air Mail outside of the United States. All packages shipped within the United States are sent out with Delivery Confirmation.

Yes, we do accept PayPal. You can add products to your shopping cart as you would normally do, and when you view your cart, you will see an option to checkout using PayPal. Please note that we will decline all orders that are not to confirmed addresses.

Yes, we do accept orders by mail. You can add products to your shopping cart as you would normally do, and when you view your cart, you will see an option to checkout with a check or money order. We will generate an order form and provide instructions for ordering by mail.

What are your tee shirts made of?
Our tee shirts are made of 100% preshrunk cotton unless otherwise specified. Sizes for tee shirts are the normal, standard adult sizes, but may vary.

Is your merchandise the same stuff sold at concerts?
Yes. All of our merchandise is made by officially licensed companies, and are the same products that you would buy at a concert. The only difference with FearShop.com is that we can get the designs that you will not see at concerts, and we have the designs at a cheaper price.

Yes, all of our products are obtained from licensed companies which print authentic originals with the artists' authorization.

What is your policy on returning items?
FearShop.com maintains our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased (excluding panties or bikinis), you can return the item within fourteen (14) days of shipment of the order to be exchanged for another item.
Please note that you will need to obtain a return authorization number, which can be obtained by emailing us at info@fearshop.com and telling us the order number and item you would like to return. We will issue a return authorization number, which you can write on the package to return to us. There is a 10% restocking fee unless the mistake was made by FearShop.com.
Please note that the item must be returned in the original condition (I.E. not washed).
We do not accept returns on panties or bikinis.

Can I place items in my cart, and come back for them?
You may save the contents of your shopping cart, and keep the items in your cart for up to one (1) day, but your browser must remain open. Upon closing your browser window, your session has ended and your shopping cart will be emptied.

How should I care for my shirt?
All of our shirts are machine washable. Turn the shirts inside out, and wash in cold water. Do not tumble dry. Also, turn the shirt inside-out for pressing.
